Refund policy
Exchanges and refunds
We offer a 15-day exchange period on every order. The 15 days run from the day you receive your piece.
What can be exchanged
- The piece must be unworn, with no signs of wear or damage.
- It must be in its original condition, with tags where applicable.
- It must come back in all its original packaging, including the box and pouch.
Pieces with a personalised engraving cannot be exchanged. Pieces bought from a third-party retailer must be returned or exchanged through that retailer under its own policy.
How to make an exchange
Email contact@maveroc.com with your order number within 15 days of delivery. We send you a pre-completed DHL or FedEx return form and book the courier for you. Print the form, hand it to the courier with your piece, and we take it from there. Once the piece reaches us and passes inspection, we send your replacement.
Exchange shipping fee
Return shipping is AED 100 within the UAE and AED 200 from all other countries. Shipping of the replacement piece is on us. For orders outside the UAE, any duties and taxes incurred on the return or on the replacement are your responsibility and cannot be waived or refunded.
Price differences
If the replacement piece costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we issue the difference as a credit code valid for 12 months on maveroc.com.
Refunds
Our policy is exchange rather than refund. Where a refund is agreed, for example for a cancelled order or a piece we cannot replace, it goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, email contact@maveroc.com within 3 hours of placing it. After that, production may already have started and we may not be able to cancel.
Warranty
Every piece is covered for one year from purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Full conditions are on our FAQ page.
