The approximate shipping time for each item is noted in its listing.
For products that are in stock and ready-to-roll, shipping time is:
- 2-hour delivery in Dubai, next day in other Emirates, for orders placed before 5pm Monday to Saturday
- 2-3 days Other Countries (see list of countries we ship to under ‘Countries we ship to’)
For out of stock products, shipping time depends on the item you’re ordering as we’ll be making it especially for you. Rest assured we will keep you in-the-loop with updates until it’s ready to ship.

Yep, shipping is free to all countries for all orders.
For UAE customers: a VAT of 5% is applied at check-out.
For all other countries we ship to: all applicable taxes, duties and fees are calculated and applied at check-out. That means that on delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional costs. You’re in the clear.

We use DHL Express and FedEx Priority Shipping for all of our orders, except cash on delivery orders (available only in the UAE). Cash on delivery orders in the UAE are delivered by our Maveroc delivery team.
Upon receiving your order, you will be asked for your signature. For cash on delivery orders (UAE only), no signature or ID is required.

If you’ve already created a Maveroc account, log-in using your details and select “My Orders” and BOOM! There’s your order number.
If you haven’t created a Maveroc account, no sweat.
We send a confirmation email with every order to the address used when making the online purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as well as junk/spam folders for communication from us and mark Maveroc as a ‘safe sender’. Ghosting is not our style.

Log into your Maveroc account and select “My Orders” to see where your order’s at. Once we’ve lovingly packed your order and it’s ready to ship, you’ll receive the tracking number via email and/or SMS so you can count down the days until it’s in your hands.
Status | Meaning |

Processing | Your order has been forwarded to our operations team to fulfil. If all items in your order are in-stock, typically, your order will be out the door and on its way to you within 24 hours. Sweet! |
Shipped | Woohoo! Your order is packed and on its way. As soon as the courier scans and registers the details in their system, you’ll receive tracking updates. This is usually done instantly, but may occasionally take a little time. Fear not! Amazing things come to those who wait. |
If you need to cancel your order, please drop us an email at contact@maveroc.com within 3 hours of placing the order. Efficient service is just one of the benefits of purchasing from us, so cancellation requests need to be submitted as soon as possible. Outside of 3 hours and we may not be able to cancel your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns:
We offer quick and easy 15-day returns for all customers. Enough said.
Exchanges:
We offer a 15-day exchange period for all of our UAE customers.
For an item to be accepted for exchange or return it must be:
- Unworn and have no signs of wear or damage
- In original condition with tags (if applicable)
- In all original packaging, including box and pouch
Items that have a personalized engraving are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items purchased through a third-party vendor outside of maveroc.com must be returned or exchanged through the original company it was purchased from, according to their own return policy.
First, be sure to check our return policy to see if your item is eligible for a return.
If eligible for return, please email us at contact@maveroc.com and include your order number. We will send you a pre-completed DHL or FedEx form with all return details and will contact the courier on your behalf. All you need to do is print the form and hand it – together with your item – to the courier agent. ‘Ease’ is our middle name.
Yes, but we’ve made it very reasonable. Return shipping fee within the UAE is AED 60 and for all other countries, AED 120 (equivalent to US $33) which will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Orders outside of the UAE may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
Your return will be processed within 5 business days from the time we receive it in our workshop. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email and initiate your refund. For credit card refunds, it takes approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to show against your account and for cash on delivery orders, we will reimburse you in cash within 5 business days.
PAYMENTS
We accept most modern payment methods, including:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- Tabby: customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain can pay in 4 interest-free installments over 3 months, for amounts up to AED 10,000 in the UAE, SAR 5,000 in Saudi Arabia, KWD 500 in Kuwait and BHD 250 in Bahrain.
- Cash on Delivery: available for customers in the UAE for in-stock items.
- Monopoly money, false promises and livestock are not acceptable forms of payment. Sorry.
If you’re located in the UAE and order an item that is in-stock, you can select cash on delivery as a payment method at check-out.
Our Maveroc delivery agent will bring your bling to you in exchange for the full amount owing in cash. Please note, payment must be made before the package is opened.
Maveroc can only issue refunds as per the original payment method used to place the order. (i.e. if you paid with a MasterCard, the refund will go to the same MasterCard). Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it takes up to 5 business days for the returns team to process the item and send you a confirmation email that the return is successful.
Credit / Debit Card: Depending on your bank, from the day the return is processed by our returns team, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to appear on your account. If for any reason you have cancelled your credit card or had a new one reissued, the amount will be transferred by your bank.
Tabby: For Tabby purchases, refunds can take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Any payments already made will be refunded back to the original payment method.
Cash on delivery: From the day the return is processed by the returns team, it will take up to 5 business days for our delivery team to reimburse you in cash.
Simply enter the discount code by using the ‘Do you have a coupon code?’ field found in the cart at checkout.
Note: discount codes cannot be combined or used with any other type of discount.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Absolutely! From 1 year from the date of purchase, if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs, we’ve got you covered. Simply email us at contact@maveroc.com and we’ll work together to resolve the issue. Ain’t nobody got time for drama!
The warranty does not cover:
- lost items
- lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by improper use or other damage
- discoloration due to exposure to chemicals incl. sunscreen, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing
- bent, caught or worn out prong(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to improper use or other damage
- scratches resulting from normal wear and tear
- improper use or storage of your product
- any modifications to your product done by anyone outside of Maveroc
Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of maveroc.com) are not covered under Maveroc’s warranty. In this instance, the warranty policy of the seller will apply.
